Jeremy Clarkson discusses brand new TV show coming in 2026
Jeremy Clarkson has discussed his brand new TV show coming to ITV in 2026.
The TV presenter, known for his work on Top Gear, The Grand Tour and Clarkson’s Farm, has presented Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? on ITV since 2018.
Having replaced former host Chris Tarrant, Mr Clarkson will be fronting a new spin-off show in the new year called Millionaire Hot Seat.
With 18 episodes, the programme is a fast-paced version of the classic quiz show and has aired in Australia since 2009 with 15 high-rated series.
Jeremy Clarkson hosts Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? on ITV.
Speaking about the show ahead of its release, Mr Clarkson joked to ITV: “It’s a very expensive game of musical chairs.
“You can be the most brilliant player and go home with nothing, or you can be useless and go home with the prize.
“I love watching how human nature works and if they land their fellow contestants in the soup or not!”
The format of the show sees six players compete against the clock and one another as they answer questions in a bid to win big money.

Contestants queue for the hot seat, where one person at a time will face Mr Clarkson before they then have to answer questions on the Million Pound Money Ladder.
Only correct answers allow the players to climb up the ladder, and a wrong answer will kick them out of the game and decrease the top prize.
However, if a participant passes, they remain in the game and go to the back of the line for the hot seat, but they aren’t promised another turn.
The passed question is then given to the next player, who must answer it correctly to stay.
