Back in the day, Sasha and Michael were very much in love. They were happy in a relationship and made a lovely couple. However, the trouble started when Michael and Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) were in a custody battle for Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver), and Michael needed to present a stable home life for his son, per Diane Miller’s (Carolyn Hennesy) advice.
Apparently, Sasha wasn’t a suitable enough partner due to her lying about being Nina Reeves’ daughter when she first arrived in Port Charles.
Sasha and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) concocted a plan to push Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) together by pretending they cheated on each other.
Sasha never wanted to break up with Michael, and when they called it quits, Sasha sadly turned to drugs.
Meanwhile, Willow and Michael fell in love for real and were married. Willow adopted Wiley, and the two of them had another child, Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).
Willow and Michael were happy together for years. Unfortunately, Willow cheated on Michael with his uncle, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), and they slept together in the children’s playroom at the Quartermaines.
The whole family witnessed their torrid, shocking affair when it was broadcast at the Quartermaine Christmas party last year.
The big reveal got the ball rolling on the dissolution of Willow and Michael’s marriage. However, prior to that, Michael found out Willow kissed Drew on the fourth of July.

Sasha became pregnant due to their one-night stand. By the time she shared the news with Michael, he was embroiled in a bitter custody battle with Willow.
Sasha decided they should keep their baby a secret so that no one could find out about it. Sasha wanted Michael to have the best chance possible to secure custody of his children.
When Michael was burned beyond recognition in a fire at Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) penthouse, Sasha was at the hospital, and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was there.

A devastated Sasha admitted to him that she never stopped loving Michael. From that point on, Sasha and Jason have been on the same page. They teamed up to help Michael, and they agreed to let everyone believe the baby is Jason’s.
So far, their ruse has worked like a charm, and no one suspects that the bun in Sasha’s oven really belongs to Michael.
Throughout everything Michael has endured, Sasha has faithfully stood by Michael and has never expected anything in return. Her trusted help and support from one custody battle to the next is no coincidence. Sasha is Michael’s angel, sent to stand by him.
If it were up to Sasha, she never would have paved the way for Willow and Michael to get together. It’s also crystal clear that Sasha has never wavered in her love, loyalty, and devotion to Michael, and her pregnancy is far from a mistake.
